“The Tom Ford of Events”
That's not a tagline. It's what people who've worked with me say when they're trying to explain the difference to someone who hasn't.
For over two decades, I operated as the trusted right hand to some of the world's most influential chief executives — across finance, retail, technology, aerospace, and beyond.
Among my core responsibilities: designing and executing high-stakes private events and experiences for executives, their boards, investors, and families. Often under extreme time constraints. Always with zero margin for error.
The requests ranged from securing access that didn't officially exist to architecting multi-day experiences in locations known only to those who move quietly and decisively. I learned early that the best events leave no fingerprints — you walk in and everything is simply, effortlessly right.
After years of delivering this work inside the C-suite, I built a dedicated practice around it.
PhoenixNormand Events exists for one reason: to give leaders the ability to host — confidently, beautifully, without a single distracted thought about what's happening behind the scenes — knowing that every detail reflects their standards and protects their reputation.
I trade in opulence, even in the smallest details, because it lasts.
The food, the light, the timing of a room — these are not aesthetic choices. They are strategic ones. Your guests will remember how the evening felt long after they've forgotten what was said. I make sure both are worth remembering.
This is a small practice. Intentionally. The work I care about requires full attention, genuine trust, and the latitude to make decisions that aren't always explainable on a spreadsheet. I take on a limited number of engagements each year, and I am personally involved in every one of them.
If you've been referred here, you already understand why that matters.
