PhoenixNormand Events partnered with a national legacy non-profit to design and execute its annual fundraising gala, hosting approximately 875 invited guests at a private venue in New York City.

The engagement required full-scope event strategy, stakeholder coordination, and on-site execution for a complex, high-visibility audience. The evening concluded successfully, raising nearly $1M in support of the organization’s mission while maintaining a seamless guest experience throughout.
