THE ARCHITECTURE LAB:
The Ultimate Retention & Alignment Summit for Elite Technical Cohorts

November 17-22, 2026

The single greatest threat to enterprise-scale AI and high-growth technology firms is the poaching of core, irreplaceable technical talent. Competitor sign-on bonuses can be duplicated. What cannot be duplicated is deep operational ownership, elite peer proximity, and a world-class environment designed to honor your team's output.

The Architecture Lab is a turnkey, multi-day strategic intervention for a maximum of 10 of your highest-performing operators. It balances intensive mid-week organizational engineering with an uncompromising, bucket-list weekend reward.

The Operational Pillars of PhoenixNormand Events

  • Hyper-Curated Environments

We don't do off-the-shelf itineraries. Whether anchoring a summit around a global sporting event or dropping an executive team into a secluded boardroom, every variable is intentionally selected to foster deep peer alignment, high-stakes focus, and psychological safety.

  • Invisible Machinery & Zero Friction

High-performing leaders shouldn't have to manage the logistics of their own breakthrough. Our 24/7 concierge and operational framework handles the entire event lifecycle—including transport manifests, venue security, and rapid contingency resolution—with absolute discretion and a zero-footprint.

  • Leverageable Strategic Output

We bridge the gap between unforgettable adrenaline and hard corporate ROI. Every summit features structured masterminds, data-driven performance metrics, and proprietary organizational diagnostics designed to give you a single source of unfiltered truth to take back to your enterprise.

The Summit Blueprint

Our operational footprint is deliberately divided into two distinct phases: a curated, strategic mindmeld mid-week, before releasing your cohort to an untethered, elite weekend F1 experience. (Note: We can work with you to design the perfect agenda that’s both relevant to your business and creates the highest impact for your team.)

Phase 1: System Optimization & Alignment (Tuesday – Thursday Morning)

  • The Unfiltered Audit: Your cohort steps into a private boardroom to run under our proprietary OrgTruth diagnostic framework. We strip away corporate vanity metrics to map your core structural bottlenecks, co-authoring the definitive framework for your 2027 execution roadmap.

  • High-Velocity Calibration (Dream Racing): The team hits the asphalt at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway behind the wheel of world-class supercars. Under the direct guidance of professional driver coaches, your team analyzes real-time telemetry data. We map these precision habits—rapid telemetry adjustments, managing weight distribution, and maintaining forced composure under acute pressure—directly back to how your team ships enterprise code.

  • Somatic Down-Regulation: A curated nervous system recovery session facilitated by Remedy Place. We introduce advanced stress-management and sensory recovery protocols to train sustainable execution and safeguard your elite talent against high-burnout cycles.

Phase 2: The Untethered Reward Pass (Thursday Afternoon – Sunday)

  • The Pure Hand-Off: At 1:30 PM on Thursday, formal strategy programming officially concludes. All corporate oversight drops.

  • The F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix: Your team is handed 3-Day VIP Paddock Club Passes for the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix. They are completely untethered to experience practice rounds, qualifying under the lights, and the Saturday night main event as an autonomous unit—building the cultural tissue that recruiters cannot break.

Corporate Financial & Tax Architecture

Flat-Fee Investment: $350,000 Flat-Fee for a Cohort of 10 Attendees

Corporate Travel: Sponsoring firms are responsible for all attendee commercial airfare or private aviation manifests to and from Las Vegas. The PhoenixNormand operational framework initiates immediately upon attendee arrival at Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) or preferred FBO if traveling via private aircraft charter.

To maximize corporate capital efficiency, PhoenixNormand Events delivers a cleanly bifurcated invoice allocation to your finance team:

  • Strategic Facilitation & Operations Package ($175,000): Covers advanced C-suite diagnostics, tracking metrics, mid-week lodging, and consulting infrastructure. Tax Status: 100% Tax-Deductible Corporate Business Expense (IRC §162).

  • Offsite Hospitality & Team Perquisites ($175,000): Covers weekend luxury hospitality assets and Paddock Club allocations. Tax Status: Cleanly absorbed as a non-deductible corporate allocation from post-tax profits, protecting your engineers from any surprise personal W-2/1099 taxable income liabilities.

The Concrete Asset: Post-event, the summit delivers a physical, bound executive operational brief: "The 2027 Operational Blueprint: Co-Authored by the Technical Cohort." This serves as the definitive operational playbook for your upcoming fiscal year and establishes your firm's solid business justification for the travel allocation.

Secure Your Spot

Investment: Packages begin at $80,000 per executive.

Registration Deadline: July 15, 2026

To secure international event infrastructure, elite coaching talent, and premium venue facilities ahead of the summit, a non-refundable commitment deposit of 50% is required by the July 15, 2026 deadline.

Important Note on Capacity: Due to the highly restricted nature of hospitality allocations for the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix weekend, paddock and circuit availability is pacing exceptionally fast. Executive cohorts are capped to maintain strict boardroom intimacy; slots are allocated on a first-received deposit basis.

Bespoke Accommodations & Upgrades

Any individual concierge requests, localized extensions, or hospitality upgrades outside of the standard PhoenixNormand Events summit package will be executed at the requestor’s expense. These custom configurations will be billed at the time of the request to the corporate payment method on file.

Deferral & Event Credit Policy

We understand that high-stakes corporate schedules fluctuate. If an operational emergency prevents your attendance at the 2026 summit, any payments made beyond the initial non-refundable commitment deposit will be cleanly preserved as a corporate credit. This credit may be applied toward a future PhoenixNormand executive event or deferred to the 2027 Leadership Summit.

All summit packages and deposits are fundamentally non-refundable. In exceptional, extenuating circumstances, any partial or full cash refunds remain strictly outside our standard operational policy and will be evaluated exclusively on a case-by-case basis by PhoenixNormand Events management.

(Please note: Itemized invoicing for tax reporting will reflect the calendar year in which the educational services are physically rendered.)
